Djeco memory game - sardines

Board game for children - from 5 years old

Card, observation and memory game. You only have a few seconds to observe the little sardines, memorize them and find them in the box. Goal of the game: collect as many sardines as possible.

The box contains:

40 sardine cards

10 large sardine box cards

Box size: approximately 15.5 cm x 11.5 cm x H 3 cm

Rules of the game: Deal 5 cards to each player. The rest constitutes the draw pile. The "sardine box” cards are arranged in the center, in a pile, and face down. Without looking at them, the players place their 5 cards in front of them, face down. We turn over a "sardine box” card in the center. The players observe the sardines in the box for a few seconds to memorize them.

When everyone is ready, turn over the "sardine can” card again. The players look at their 5 cards, then place in front of them the "sardine" cards that they think they saw on the "sardine box" card (if they have 2 identical sardines, they only place one).

When everyone has finished, we check (by discovering the large card again): the sardines are indeed in the can. The players keep them. They form the pack of "won” cards that will have to be counted at the end.

The one with the most cards wins the game.
