Any product having been used for personal or professional purposes, worn, damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging is damaged (apart from the normal opening of the packaging) will not be refunded, exchanged or returned. to the sender. Any product returned within a period exceeding 14 days following receipt of the order will not be refunded, exchanged or returned to the sender. Any personalized product will not be refunded or exchanged. Any special order (personalized quote) will not be refunded or exchanged. Baby / child teats are neither taken back nor exchanged for hygienic reasons. Items purchased on sale or promotions may be subject to an exchange or a voucher, but may not be subject to a refund.
 
In the case of a refund, it will be made within 14 days, except for transport costs.
